Full table, 200 NL live.

Villain 1 is UTG and has $800. I have a lot of history with him and he is a decent LAG player.

Villain 2 is a fish. Has $300.

Hero is UTG +2 and has $400. Recently sat down.

Villain 3 is BTN and I haven't seen him before and has $275

Villain 1 opens to $7. He will do this with 22+, 45s+, 64s+ and any broadway. Villain 2 calls.

Hero has QQ and 3bets to $35.

Villain 3 overcalls $35. Villain 1 flats. Villain 2 folds.

Flop is 8h7h5c. Hero does have Qh. Villain 1 checks.

How much to cbet?

I'd go with $90 and ship if raised (assuming villain isn't ultra passive, flats draws etc).
We have flush draws 6x,5x, 8x, weaker overpairs,T9 perhaps even some JT sort of hands it is like after all. Charge all these drawy hands and if villains can raise draws

Having said that I am very much an online player so my ranges on your villains may be off due to my lack of live experience. I'd guess your live lags range going in to the flop is 22+, paint, suited paint, maybe a sly suited connector from time to time and the Btns will be the same range but add a bit more suited junk in there.

Not happy stacking off on this flop if raised.

Then we should'nt cbet. An aggro villain will fold hands that we crush and raise a wide range on this board. If the plan is to bet/fold, we should just check behind.

Checking behind seems disastrous. We;re generally not going to be a favorite if the money goes in on this flop unless villains are uber bad and building a gigantic pot that we have to fold or call off behind isn't inspiring but giving a free is terrible.

Pretty much is when we have a a $115 pot with effective stacks of $240 or $365 depending which villain raises. If I bet $90 even a min raise is putting in half the effective stacks.

Most live villains (i.e. terrible) will telegraph the nature of their hand with their raise sizes. It is totally common for a LAGGY player to make it $12-$15 with AJ+/TT+ type hands and make it $7 with 22 or 98s. It is of course villain/gameflow-dependent as others will make it $15 with medium-strength hands and $5 with AA.

Actually forget all this I'm an online player my ranges could be wrong bullshit I wrote in my first post. I don't think this is remotely close, stacking off here is not only a must but highly desirable.

Imo standard cbet/barrel/barrel, reeval if villain raises. I'm not too worried about stackin off if we have to on the flop, many more draws than hands that are actually ahead in villain range.
