1/2 Live, 550 Effective, I have both villains covered.

I make it 15 from UTG+1 with KK
2 villains call.

Flop is Qs 10s 9h

I decide to check here because a middle position villain behind me was putting betting chips together and I didnt want to blow him off his hand, and I might consider raising depending on what happens behind him. He bets 40$ into a pot of approximately 50$. The second villain behind him thinks for awhile and makes the call. I decide to raise it up to 110$ try and get it heads up, it did not work lol. 1rst villain calls, 2nd villain thinks for awhile again, and calls.

Pot is around $400 now, super inflated, we have like 300+/- behind. Turn is Kc.

I was pretty sure that the 2nd villain was on a flush draw, the first villain was either on a straight draw [which may have come in on the turn] or a flopped 2pair/set type holding. With that in mind, I checked it, and the first villain shoves for his remaining 150 or so. The 2nd villain goes into the tank, and makes the call eventually.

At this point im positive I am ahead of the 2nd villain and decide to put him all in for his remaining 150-200. He calls.

Turn is 9c and I scoop, Villain 1 tabled AJ, Villain 2 mucked [he said later it was nut flush draw]

Was just curious if anyone had thoughts, specifically on the turn play, dont want to be results oriented. I think if I was heads up with the 1rst villain it may be a fold?, but I was able to create a large sidepot with the 2nd villain who I was ahead of?

Preflop is standard. I would have lead for ~$25 into a wet flop. Hero has the lead and Villains should expect Hero to bet he opens from UTG+1. Villain likely has something or he won't bet or call. As played Villain's $40 bet looks strong and I agree the over call reads as a draw. After the over call there is $130 in the pot, $170 after your call. Subtracting your call the raise is $70 and Villain has to call $70 to win $240. Even though 3.5 to 1 to call. The second player is getting 4.5 to 1. Even though your check re-raise looks very strong, Hero has given the draws pretty good odds to call. What was the purpose of the check raise? Did you want them to call a wet board when all you have is an over-pair? I think you should be trying to get at least one fold. If Hero doesn't think the bet will work a call or even a fold is the better choice.

As played the K is interesting. It makes the straight draw and 3 kings. The question becomes, "Does anyone have a jack?" How many jacks call preflop and then, on the flop, raise and then call a 3-bet or over call twice? Not that many. JJ, AJ maybe and JT suited for sure. Then there are the flush draws. Hero has 9 outs to a boat. Is the risk of the J with the odds of drawing out a boat $300 to win $1000 (or perhaps $1300?)

I have to check call it off.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback, I think I got a little lost on the turn. My goal was to get the pot heads up, but at the same time I didnt want to fold out all worse hands, so kind of a sizing fail.
