It's a call - villain shows up with TJ sometimes but I can see a lot of AcTc hands trying to move you off. I also think villain would be more inclined to raise combo draws rather than raise sets or TJ. However, I wouldn't even rule out QQQ. I think your beat here a fair bit but based on calling odds
and your opponents hand range getting it in is still +ev.
I also agree that if you have the Ac it is a fold. All the Ax hands that are trying to push you off here make this a profitable call, if you have the nut flush blocker then your hand loses considerable equity
If this player is as competent as you claim be prepared to see TJ sometimes,
a bad player would likely raise with the NUTS without consideration as to why they are doing so.
A more skilled player would probably flat
but if he's on level 3 then raising with TJ in his mind is strong because it looks strong, which means you interpret it as weak. Now its your turn to figure out whats going on in his head.
