Once saw call a C-R with KQ on Qxx board and then call shove on A turn, he lost to AQ. Another time I felted him with KTdd in 3-way pot when he had 2 red aces on Jd Js 4d 8d board when I pushed over 2 raises on the turn.
I check, he checks
I bet $75, he calls
(pot $223, effective remaining stacks $220)
Hero shoves for $220
Please comment on all streets
IMO you played it correctly on all streets, although I doubt he would call the relative overbet unless he had a Queen, maybe AK, or better. A bet on the flop wouldn't have been a terrible play if you put him on AA, or, KK, which it seems like you did considering you said you've never seen him re-raise pre-flop.
If you did lose the hand to QQ, AA, AQ it's a cooler and it doesn't happen often enough to change your play in that situation.
