this definitely seems like a full, I might do the same as you. I don't really see a TAG calling a utg raise with KJ/KT. He's most likely not going to bluff you on this board since it hits your range pretty hard. I think the worst he's doing this with is AQ

If the river is a brick (say a deuce or something), are you calling his shove on the river? Because if you're folding to any river shove, then I'm not in love with calling the turn raise.
As played I think a fold is fine.
