Everyone has about 100bb. Two pretty loose players limp in. I raise to $12 on the BTN with KhKs. Blinds fold, both limpers call.
Flop comes: Qs Ts 7h
Pot is $40. Its checked over to me and I bet $45. First player calls.
Pot is $130
Turn is 5h. Opponent shoves all in for about $130.
I fold.

Should I have called here?

It's probably pretty close. It's an ugly spot. You would expect 2P and sets to raise the flop but live poker is unpredictable.

What hands can he be doing this with? Well assuming he's doing it value (or his perception of it) his hands will be Qx (possibly of hearts), 2P, 77 and TT.

If it's not value then it's likely hands like 8h9h or Jh9h that got excited when the FD came.

We don't do great against a bunch of these hands. I think your fold is fine.

Yeah, it's not close. I assume this is live also, which makes it even less close :).

Call.

Preflop raise size is ok, but why are you betting so much in the flop? I'd like to see $25-$30.

The flop is a fireworks flop. You should expect a fairly wide range from V here, that's why we call.

Sorry guys, don't know what I was thinking. Of course this is a call. Think I was a bit drunk.

Easy call, you are only losing to a set or Q10 suited.

Pre-flop: Standard, good size raise considering the limpers. They've probably goth got a lot of small pairs, suited connectors and weaker suited aces or broadways and they probably call with all of it when you raise seeing as they're probably weaker players.

Flop: The flop bet makes no sense. Why are you betting more than the size of the pot? Make it about $26-$30. He's well out-priced with a flush draw so I think he folds almost all his draws and Tx. I think realistically he has Qx here. He probably raises sets and QT seeing as you've made it very clear you have a strong hand.

Turn: This looks like he got confused with a hand like QJ. He doesn't want you to bet again, and he's in a panic and shoves. Fish do this a lot. Sometimes you'll be beat, sure, but taking this line with a flopped two pair or set makes no sense. 1) Why wouldn't he just raise you on the flop. 2) Why wouldn't he check so you could bet again and then raise you. 3) Does he really limp TT or QQ pre-flop? No. He can have 77 and QT, but as I say, I'd expect these to raise on the flop. There's too much junk in his range that you beat. Snap it off.

Terrible spot to be in. And don't honestly think there is a right or wrong answer here except maybe raising higher pre-flop, but back to the scenario. Problem with loose players is they can have anything and often times play erratically. I've called in this spot and I've folded in this spot. Long term, from a profit standpoint, think it is better to fold and look for better spots. However, if this same player shows a habit of making this same play, I'd snap call it with the mindset that he maybe has a pair with a flush draw on the turn or something along those lines.

And this is assuming you're playing LIVE.
