I think 3 streets of value was a great result here. I doubt playing tricky would have made him put any more money in the pot. He probably wanted to get to showdown cheaply

Ya, Id only raise here if I knew villain was super weak tight and was gonna fold a lot pre or fold to c bets easily. The SB is where you should be playing the tightest and you should hate putting in money in the pot when in that position.

I think when its folded to you in the SB you can open a very wide range profitably. I would say 30%-40% of hands are good to steal with here maybe even wider depending on who is in the BB. By stealing pre here all you have to get is one guy to fold to steal the blinds. If villian 3 bets a ton or floats alot etc than yes you can start to tighten up.
I think the hand is played fine aside from raising to small pre.

Like I said it depends more on the type of player then it does what your hand is but even then 69s isnt in the top 40% of hands.
