What happened here? Where was my flaw? What is the min he can call on the river?
1. Play with a full stack. Don't try fancy bluffs when short stacked.
We raise pre, and we bet flop, which is pretty dry, and not likely to connect with your hand. No FD. V calls. He has something. A PP, or maybe any piece of the board. Turn you check back. So now V thinks you have nothing, big cards, plus, depending on how passivery he is, he could be trying to trap you.
So on the river, V just might not believe you, and he will call with 6x, obv 4x, any Kx, and PP 7-7 through QQ.
I don't mind the bluff on the river, bUT dont sweat it if it backfires. You made a valiant effort. It just didn't work that time.
I think hand was payed alright, but you should be playing with more chips. Maybe a tad more on the flop, like $18 or $20 for C-bet.
