Game is $2/3 , been playing pretty tight and havent had a hand for awhile..
Table down to 5 handed which was about to be split.

Hero raise it to $12 preflop with 9dJd stack size of $100
SB folds BB calls

Pot is $26

Flop is 6d4c2s

SB checks
Cbet $15
BB calls $15

Pot is $56

Turn 4s
BB checks
Hero checks

River is Kc

BB checks
Hero bets $40

BB calls $40

What happened here? Where was my flaw? What is the min he can call on the river?

What happened? It looks like you bluffed a station.

Where was your flaw? You bet the river.

What is the max he can call on the river? Depends. Did he have a K? Is he calling down with any piece of the board, even 2x, even A-high? Without reads, there's no way of knowing what bet size you need before he'll fold. And if he's a true station, then there's no bet size large enough.

Unless you know your opponent can lay down a hand, you shouldn't be bluffing.
Once he calls your c-bet, you're done unless you improve.

The less you bluff at these stakes, the better you'll do.

Just x flop and give up unless you turn some equity. This is not a good board for your range, and BB peels with a ton of gutshots/any pair because they put you on AK/lots of A high like AJ/AQ.

Just give up OTR because even if BB called you down with a pair OTF and put you on AK, he's going to put you on AQ once you barrel at the rivered K. LOL. I don't play live, but from what I've watched and heard, people don't have a fold button.

Fold pre given stack size. Value bet more. Bluff less. Ez money.
