Yeah easy value bet, no reason for villain to ever slow down if he has you beat and a repop would make no sense unless he magically spiked that Q. V's range after the check back is probably something with middling value. If he was tighter I'd prob bet smallish to make him talk himself into a call, but he's loose so I'd bet biggish to polarize my range and get him to make a hero call (this is of course assuming you don't have reads on his river play). Talking specifically, pot is about $95 so probably $80
