3bet sizing pre should have been bigger...

BB: tagish player (normal stats from what I can recall, like 22/20 or something)
CO: fish

Some considerations:

What range would you call in BB's shoes here?
With that range, how loose would you call otf?

I think this hand is pretty tough since I am not sure about people's calling tendencies 3way otf in this spot, and not preflop either for that matter.

I bet into 2 players otf, and the reg has the "sandwich spot" so he can't really call that wide, no?

When I played the hand I gave him a range of some medium pockets TT-JJ, and some worse (say maybe 88-99) with a diamond draw) and then a number of passively played flushdraws (AJs, AKs, ATs, and maaaybe some SC like T9s, JTs and such), KQs, AQ that calls the flop.

Not sure if he'd call 33,44 here pre so dunno if we can include them in his flop calling range..

Anyways, of those hands, there should be very few (if any) worse that calls if I bet ott?

Imo I doubt it, so checking seems like the best option, but what then?

c/call down or even c/fold?

Very curious to hear what you guys think about calling ranges preflop and otf and also what our perceived range would be if we bet ott.

First thing I would tell the detail of the players first, it makes the hand easier to read and follow. I actually like bet folding the turn, the second best option to check call check fold the river. His river bet unless, he is a maniac are only hands that have aq destroyed. Your sizing looks fine to me, I at times will 3 bet larger (mainly for value) against players with a very low fold to 3bet.

What was your 3bet %? What was his fold to 3bet %?
How long had you been at the table?
Did you have any history together?

If he is a reg plus on $700 chips its possible he bluffed you here taking the line of hitting the flush. You didn't give much info on your history together, also you should check how many tables he is playing.

Villain can easily flat his premiums here as the deep fish is his priority.

As fowl as it sounds I want to check/fold the turn. With the fish behind villain won't be floating air and I cant see worse Qx calling pre much other than a few sooted ones.

This is probably a split most the time but flushes KK+ and even sets far outweight the occasional KQs that may bet the turn but never the river.

Nice hand but fold on the river. I really don't think he is vbetting a worse queen or trying to get you to fold TT-JJ. He can always have QQ+ and want to lure the fish in pre, his 4bet% is important as is his w$sd and fold to cbet.

Either b/f or c/f turn, c/c turn + c/c river is pretty horrible.

I would say this is a typical b/f turn spot. Not 100% sure what flatting your 3 bet means there but it's likely 10s+ or AQs+. If we bet turn and he shoves I think we're pretty confident we're behind, instead of playing the guessing game on the turn/river. As played I think we have to call river because KK/AA may check back and AKd is his only flush.
