5-handed €1/€2 table with good players (couple of guys working in poker industry).

Action packed table and lots of banter with SB playing about 40% of his hands and opening often, me quite nitty image as a result of being card dead for a good 2 hours. No further history, first time Villain raises me.

Hero (BTN) has €160
Villain 1 (SB) has €150

Hero is dealt Qs Qh
SB (Villain) posts €1
BB posts €2
UTG folds
MP folds
BTN (Hero) raises to €6
SB (Villain) raises to €16
BB folds
BTN (Hero) calls €10

Pot €34
Flop Kc Ks 5c
SB (Villain) bets €25
BTN (Hero) calls €25

Pot €84
Turn 7h
SB (Villain) checks
BTN (Hero) checks

Pot €84
River 3c (completing flush draws)
SB (Villain) goes all-in for remainig €119
BTN (Hero) calls

Weird line/spot.. Thoughts?

Yeah 4b pre. Shove $50 or $60 down his throat. It's obviously just a weak attempt to raise you.

You could 4bet pre, but calling disguises the strength of your hand and makes your opponent make tougher decisions against your wider range. If you think your opponent thinks you could ever be 4betting something that isn't JJ+ here, then 4bet is fine. Postflop is well played. River is a tough call since he could be trying to bluff you off of things like A high, but he could also have a flush here. Calling is probably fine though. Nh imo

I feel like 4betting pre would give you a much better read on the the range you would be up against. If he shoved pre then probably call as it sounds like he would do that with ak or jacks. as played hes not really repping a king after checking back the turn but he might have a small king. Its definately a tough spot on the river as your hand is basically a bluff catcher as it would be a thin value bet with JJ so if hes capable its proabbaly really close to a break even spot.
