Hero ? ? ?

Villain was, as shown by his stats, laggy fish, and he had stacked off previously pretty light vs the rest of the table. I was just at a loss here to find a hand, barring a bare flush draw that I was really willing to stack off against. Check folding seems gross but maybe its the only option? As for fold equity, against this player I doubt there's really too much of it, and good turn cards really would be non H straight. The rest would really put me a crappy spot.

Any advice much appreciated.

I know I wouldn't be check folding as nothing on the flop has happened lol. If he isn't going to fold to a cbet I would check-call as you have a lot of outs. I know FDs and big hands are more likely in PLO but with 5 players you can't really nut peddle, he doesn't have to have a heart draw so you might have lots of live outs.

You're flipping with A987 no hearts. I would mostly just bet, if you want to c/c and lead all turns that complete a draw that's cool too I think.

Quit playing Omaha.

If you're discussing check/folding in a 3-bet pot when you have ~8 outs to near nuts against clueless fish, you're terrible at this game. I probably bet, and bet any turn that completes a draw.
