$20 NL HE Full Ring: Valuebet this turn or check it back?

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 49/12/1.75

The turn card is just such a great card to 2barrell that I dont think its a good card to valuebet so I decided to check it back. Villains bet on the river is so small that I call figuring I'm good often enough due to inducing a bluff.

Stacks:
* UTG with $25.20
* MP1 with $11.55
* MP2 with $25.00
* CO with $9.00
* BTN with $26.10
* SB with $38.05
* BB with $6.95

Please don't post results in hand analysis, seeing what actually happened biases analysis.

Villain's relatively passive postflop, and two of the overcards he's likely to have floated from the flop are now on the board. If he's holding a pair lower than TT's, you're good (other than 66 and 33), and I think it unlikely he's holding a pair higher than TT (would've expected a raise pf). I get wanting to look him up on the river from a possible induced bluff, but think this isn't the right spot for it.

If Hero had two-barreled the turn, this might be different, since big slick just hit two pairs - but it means a third bet, and I think that a lot of Villains with those stats will look up Hero with a weak A even after a substantial river bet.

I play it exactly the same way.

River is a sigh call, but i can't see how can fold to such a small bet since i think he will show a pp sometimes

yes for that amount u can look him up to see what he called pre and flop with, but u bet too small on flop, should have been pot or a little over
