I'm sure I really screwed up this hand. But I wasn't sure what to do, so when in doubt fold. Re-raise the flop?

I would guess a low pair vs a diamond draw.

TT is a dangerous hand man... i think he has a better pair than you do, or he his a real donk and is holding something like A9, a set is possible too for him, i fold after the raise on the turn, probable i'm result oriented here because i lost so many times with over pair tens... but anyway i fold this hand on the turn.

I agree a reraise on the flop to see where u r at, I would not fold overpair here until at least the turn.
