If you didn't stack top2 against that guy it would be REALLY bad. You're afraid of 77 and nothing else and since his "range" is any Ace, some Jacks, and possibly hands like KQ, 77 is a VERY small part of it. I'm fistpumping and smacking my own ass when I do it too.

Absolutely, bet 3/4 or pot if you can on the flop. You're not going to entice a 50/6 to stay in with K2s by betting 1/2 pot.

Pokerstove says stacking off is fine even when we put the tightest range possible that he can have. So he had a set this time, big deal. I'm pretty sure he would raise with A7 too.

Board: Ah 7s Jc
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 55.542% 42.53% 13.01% 6316 1932.00 { AsJs }
Hand 1: 44.458% 31.45% 13.01% 4670 1932.00 { AA, JJ, 77, AJs, A7s, AJo, A7o }

Meh, when FTP brings you 50/6 villains to play against, they deserve their 6.66% cut, imo.

Is FTP's rake higher than the standard 5% capped at $2 or $3 then?
You can find those villains and worse on other sites too you know :)

Withs stacks as is I prefer either shoving or calling.

There is no need to reraise, stacks will be in by the river anyway.

If you do reraise.. shove its reps the most polarised portion of your range.
