Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 17/14/48

Seems a bit ridiculous that I'm posting this because we make TPTK in a 4bet pot so surely it's an autostack, but I'm struggling to think of a single worse hand that could call a shove.

He 3bets 3% btw and stats are over 263 hands

Fold pre. As played urgh I think we gotta shovel it in as we can't fold the river due to splits. Shoving will at least net us some very rare KK or Axs hands.

I don't usually fold AK at 6max cash games but when I do it's against a nit with a super low 3bet% vs our HJ open.

I flat when I think villains range has bluffs in but his 5betting range is super tight. It isn't often I do it with AK even in position. I don't think this guy has many or any bluffs at all.

No. If he has QQ and folds it to a 4bet we have 50% FE.

I doubt QQ would 3bet/fold but if it did.
{AK, QQ+} = 21 combos, our fold equity would be around 28%. Not to mention we'd either be crushed when getting or be turning our hand in to a bluff in a very bad spot.

The more likely scenarios are that:
*We're up against {AK, QQ+} as a 40% dog.
*We're up against {KK+} as a 23% dog.
Both scenarios we have not commited enough money to the pot to justify getting it in with these odds.

AK is the same hand as us so it's a chop at worst (we have additional 5% odds of making a flush vs AKo). It can be discarded. Plus if someone 3bet folds QQ they probably do AK.

I think QQ and AK 4bet folding is completely unrealistic tbh and turning AK in to a bluff vs villains premium value range is crazy.
What if AK does shove? We've just gone and folded to a split.
What if AK and QQ don't 3bet here? We're tossing money away with 0fold equity.

When someone has a bluffless {AK, QQ+} range its never going to be a good bluffing spot.
