Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 22/18/53

UTG limper is a fish, SB is a reg, 200 hands on him, 7% 3bet.

When the reg calls my raise on the flop I actually wasn't that happy because I think he would fold all his pocket pairs there which leaves him with Qx maybe some FD's or 22. When the turn brings the third Q I'm thinking he literally can't have anything here, he most probably has a FD. I thought a FD would probably fold to any bet. so I checked just hoping he would bluff the river. Then when he bets river would you shove or min raise like I did. Obviously it looks like I have the nuts whatever I do but thought if i min raise he may just sigh and spaz call.

Reg usually can't have 22 or A2 due to 3bet. If he flats you it's because he thinks you're full of shit and he's bluffcatching, or attempting to get value out of AA from worse PPs. So, he might call a turn underbet because he thinks you have the case Q like 0% of the time so that he can still get thin value out of peeling down AA/KK. When you check back x/r river though you can only possibly have quads or a boat so he can't call.

Wow people still use those pitiful donk bets in 20NL? Nice :D

In 5NL FR his line would be a pocket pair.

It is really hard to get value out of your hand, I actually like the turn check it gives him another opportunity to bluff with air, also raise the river more in hopes he has a decent pp, he will more then likely call. The donk bets don't stop coming at 25nl

full houses

not being able to shove the river is criminal. actually you should just overbet shove the river if you take this line anyway.

Personally I think he folds all his PP's when I raise the flop so I don't think he has full houses except 22 which would probably now fold if i bet turn

zeebo theorem

turn is easiest bet you'll find in poker. you're giving away gads of value by checking.

people will call you with an unbelievably wide range of hands that won't bet or call a bet on river.

and if you're just getting folds on the turn you aren't bluffing enough.

Yea I know the zeebo theorem, people find it difficult folding full houses but given the flop action I'm saying I don't think he has many full houses on the turn. Maybe he'll show up with JJ/TT occasionally but really I think he folds every PP when I raise the flop

It's just sooo incredibly hard to get proper value out of the river if you don't bet the turn, which is like 90% of why slowplaying is almost always a bad idea. Plus if he's not paying your turn bet off you can make up for lost value by exploitatively bluffing that spot in the future.
