villain is a solid Tag player he 3bets about 6% i decided to call and play in position with my pocket tens.

what do you thing about the line i take here

flop: i bet the flop to get value and protect my hand from worse hands like 99, flushdraws, AJ,AQ,AK

Turn: Jc actually thats my question bet or check behind? i really didn't know what to do

river: our hand has some Show down value but i think that i lose from many hands so i decided to fold, i don't think that is bluffing in that spot, i think hes valubetting rather than bluffing

I prefer to bet turn and check river. You get value betting the turn from 89s etc. And even AK/AQ with the nfd and it affords you the luxury of being able to check back most rivers. Which is good because it means two streets of betting go in and the size of both those streets is dictated by you. As played river fold is probably ok. With more info it could be a call. Like if we know he probes rivers a lot then we could expect AK/AQ with a FD to bet here most of the time and that would make a call profitable.

Villain's fold to cbet stat matters here. But a 3.0 AF, and the fact that we induced his river bet makes me want to call getting ~2.5:1.

FCB is about 60% anyway i think its a very close decision to rather call or fold the river and when im getting to this spots i tend to fold more than calling.

I am 50/50 on the fold vs call here, chose one but do it consistently.
