Trying to push fish off 2nd pair probably isn't a profitable strategy. Typically you beat fish by value betting.

I'd skip betting the turn too, the king isn't a total blank (puts out more draws), and your opponent doesn't know he should fold 99 or J8 to a second bet.

C9, I was looking for your infamous 3bet chart, you still have a link laying around for it?

On topic, I check behind on river almost always, fish don't fold pairs

what they said.

(With 4 hands on villain, i.e. no information, turn bet can go either way IMO. You dont know if he can fold or not, so checking or betting both would have their justification. However, his stack size reeks of fish, so c9 is probably on the money here)

Hello Friend! I love these hand! I would definitely put! But the size of the bet sizing, I would have worked! Since the effective stack was 55bb, the EV +, with a deep stack required rate larger! Otherwise, you will have losses in the long run. And after 2 barrel of SB 34.5 bb. most likely he will fold! And you take away the bank!

With the nut flush draw I'd normally double barrel but there is no need to bet the turn here as you have the free card and stack size indicates he's fishy. If he has a flush draw himself it's likely to be with the Kd another reason not to bet turn but he should have Qx or have connected with the 87 somehow. We have showdown value with the pair now. Personally I don't bet this river against fishy types.

my friend! Much depends on the game of the enemy! If EV fold, why not on my side! A bet on the turn to what has been? And I would, too, so be played! I would put on the river all-in!
