I believe this call is a committing call. I knew the SB is full of it in this hand and I was right. I am also having a feeling that the BTN is full of it too. What do you say would you go all the way here?

You should also raise larger pre. Because they will call you.

i'd make it a little bigger pre if games are especially fishy. as played you have more than enough implied odds to call the silly raise on the flop, i'd lay it down on the turn when he raises.
