There is not much to say about the villain. 127 hands seems like a competent regular. Dont have any reads on him yet. These are the spots where i think a program like pioSolver could do magic for my game. Still i am a little short on cash but i am getting close. Anyway i dont see much room for bluffs in his spot and i dont think he vBets worse.
I would like to note also that this is a hand which i rather always 3bet or fold from the BB. I misclicked and here i am :)

SB: $27.52 (172 bb)
Hero (BB): $34.39 (214.9 bb)
UTG: $18.31 (114.4 bb)
MP: $12.86 (80.4 bb)
CO: $17.53 (109.6 bb)
BTN: $41.01 (256.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4

If he's calling that raise on the turn, and he's not a complete drooler, then he's going to have a flush or set/fh. Fold.

Tough to think that you're ahead after the way the action went on the turn
