Ok so UTG is a 53/23/40afq over 40 hands and the CO is a loose fish 58/0/41afq over ~40 hands. Obviously i'm raising a lot here because i know they will call. What is my action on the flop now that I missed? The turn?

No action, just call the donk and hope the other guy doesn't raise, if he does fold.

They will probably continue with almost all their range here if you raise so there's no point in it.

OK my turn to be retarded and misread a hand I only saw the flop not the turn haha.

Well yes treat the min donk-bet as a check, it's more often a sign of weakness, so I would go for thin-ish value here and fold if 3-bet.

What's your entraction sn btw, pm it if you don't want it public, I play there too just moved up to 20nl this month so I'm sure we run into each other all the time

Yep, pretty easy turn raise here imo. $2.5-$3, fold to raise.
