don't think the preflop call is bad if the player is obviously bad, which he looks like he is.

Prefer donking the flop to begin with though, the guy never cbets but probably calls more than his fair share.

I prefer folding pre because villain's PFR is not that high and K9s is probably not in great shape against a 17% raising range.

I also like donking the flop instead of checking against this villain.

As played, given his turn/river aggression I'm probably calling the river bet because I think he is capable of playing worse kings and middle pairs this way, weak pockets included.

Ditto.
As aki says I don't hate the preflop call as villain is so bad but I think K9s is probably one of the best hands I'd fold here.

I donk the flop because I can't rely on fish to value bet for us or even to barrel their draws twice.

I call the river because the bets small and he isn't repping much and the main draw has bricked. It's close though, I've a bad feeling this is going to be Ahxh.

Maybe I just play too scared, but I would've folded on the turn, even though you had the top pair. I think calling puts you in a tougher position with his river bet. I do like that you called his flop bet, but he fired a 3rd bullet on the turn, which would have been enough to have me give him respect (right or wrong) by folding.
