I'd check the turn a large % for pot control. Your opponent looks pretty aggressive for these stakes, so in position you give yourself a chance to make a bigger hand or pick off a bluff rather than being blown off your hand. If your opponent was more passive, then there's not much chance of turning your hand into a bluff catcher, so it would be better to just bet the turn.

Checking turn back is fine and can encourage BB bluffs, raising flop is also fine. BB giving up on this card is a bit off to me when his numbers are so aggro
