$20 NLHE 6-max: To bet the river or not

Think I should have continued on the river for max value, or possibly x/r the turn......I dunno maybe I got as much value as I was getting after picking up the trips on the turn although if he ever bets after I check the river I'm probably dead anyhow meaning the only value would be to bet the river? Thoughts?
