Button is a nit playing 16/13/2 on 165 hands with a 0% 3bet.
UTG is 63/31/1 on 52 hands.

I didn't 3bet pre because I would fold if nit from button 4bets me and I rather take a flop even tho I am oop.

here is the hand:

Microgaming - €0.20 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (SB): €25.72
BB: €24.42
UTG: €22.32
CO: €7.25
BTN: €20.00

Hero posts SB €0.10, BB posts BB €0.20

Pre Flop: (pot: €0.30) Hero has A:spade: K:diamond:

UTG calls €0.20, CO calls €0.20, BTN raises to €1.20, Hero calls €1.10, fold, UTG calls €1.00, CO calls €1.00

Flop: (€5.00, 4 players) 6:club: A:heart: Q:club:
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO checks, BTN checks

Turn: (€5.00, 4 players) 3:diamond:
Hero bets €3.00, UTG calls €3.00, fold, BTN calls €3.00

River: (€14.00, 3 players) K:club:
Hero checks, UTG bets €14.00, BTN raises to €15.80 and is all-in, fold, UTG calls €1.80

How would you have played it?

Also, the nit folds to 3bet 8/9 so far. So what's you take of 3bet pre?

Probably easiest 3-bet ever, UTG can cold call a 3-bet and the BTN can fold better hands and you can LOLfold if he ever 4-bets. Bet/fold the river.

Bet on the river means all in, unless I bet like 5 euro.

It's probably closer to a bet/call actually. But yeah I'd bet 5.

I am not a big fan of flatting pre. Also, as played, why are you not donk betting this flop?

JB is correct. Nits aren't going to bet worse hands on the river. Nor is he continuing to a C-R with worse. I doubt he'd call a donk bet either, but he might. More importantly you can ISO vs. the fish. The idea is to trap money in from the fish with worse and build a big pot against him instead of taking down a small pot or getting it in bad vs. the nit.

i vote 3b/fold pre then donk the flop like i think baudib said as it traps fishies money in the pot. if youre planning a c/r OTF, its going to check to the raiser, he Cbets, you raise and fishy can now fold without putting more money in... not cool

Also donking into the fish makes the nit play straightforward against us.

Yeah I meant on the flop...Nit is not going to bet KK/Qx/JJ- into 2 on the flop.

Donk flop small, how we proceed depends on how many callers we get and who they are. I think a checkraise is horrible, it will knock out all weaker aces.

Actually don't mind your reasoning for the flat even if it feels really weird to do this at 6max.
