My decision would normally be to raise the donkbet on the flop, we have an open ended straight draw, so flatting when villain has led out betting the pot isn't on, folding is better than calling unless you have a solid read he two barrels with air, in which case you call to raise the turn.
NL20 on entraction network - by and large a lot of the donkbets are weak. I can't really comment without further info, and I'm certainly not opening T9o from the button into a maniacs big blind. I can't comment further without the above stats. As played I'm folding the river, but flatting vs the donkbet on the flop and turn is the worst line you can take imo.
Ok villain's stats were 57/14/60 but that's not too relevant with only 35 hands on him. As I said though, I did see him bet alot of pots, and I felt he was very bluffy.
I can definitely see what you're saying, I need to better plan my hands before I play them. Besides by the river my stack wasn't too big so I had very small fold equity to bluff at/
I did shove and he did fold, so it was a right read but I can definitely see it's -EV and I need to do this on the turn with players like him. Plus it would cost less as I wouldn't need to put all my stack in for it!
