iPoker - €0.20 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T:club: 9:club:

fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, CO calls 2.5 BB, fold, SB raises to 13 BB, fold, fold, CO calls 10.5 BB

Flop: (29.5 BB, 2 players) K:spade: 4:club: A:club:
SB bets 17.7 BB, fold

SB wins 45.75 BB

We are up against a bad player with a transparent 3 bet range. I folded simply because I did not notice how deep we were. :(

That flop is golden, the implied odds of at least looking at the turn are humongous. The only hand we had to be scared off is AKcc but we know after the flop he doesn't have it. Although he could have KcKx which would have made this quite a dangerous hand. But I have such a good read on the opponent if he makes a boat anywhere I'll know and fold. Same goes for making 4 to a flush on the river. So only time we are loosing our stack is if we hit the turn and all the money goes in or at least get committed.

So with this I gotta ask now at what stack levels should I start calling tight 3 bets IP with suited connectors?

Im on my phone so not sure if im seeing this right. You called 10.5 bb pre with suited connector and flopped a flush draw and folded for 17bbs, 55% pot?

No no I did not call pre IP despite being 350 BB against a 3% bad post flop player and flopped a flush draw. It was an accidental fold because if I had paid attention to the stacks I would have called. Now I am just wondering how big a mistake this was.

Some other player called and folded the flop hence why I got to see the flop as well and then realized how humongous a hand I had potentially let go of.

Yeah, I'm calling to take a crack at his stack. Only because we're deep tho. 200 bb's seems good.

I don't like calling pre-flop. Obviously you don't fold the flop bet against any opponent.
