I min 3bet the flop. I feel we keep more of villains range with us min 3betting then jamming small than outright jamming and there are 0 turn cards that will make me deviate from this plan and only 3 which may make villain fold hands he may have stacked. Just me nit picking both are fine plays.

Villains main leak is calling too much, we've nothing to suggest he's going to raise + triple barrel his air. Add to this that fish often have merged raising ranges with tons of weirdly played top pair weak kickers/underpairs and so on. These sort of hands will not only checkback but are vulnerable enough to be scared off.
Even if we had reads that this guy was a manic bluffer I'd use something much less strong than KK to catch bluffs as KK absolutly violates his value range.
