$2 NLHE FR: Set IP - can we jam to get weak flushes to fold?

*** Sorry it says Heads-up in the thread title. Just a mistake***

After doing some review last night of some of my bigger pots, I felt this hand I could have potentially taken down although Im trying to stop bluffing cause its 2NL. The hand is similar to the recent 4NL hand where the hero had a straight and there were 4 of the same suit on the board however, this time we are in position.

Villain: 35/20/10

Here is my analysis of it..

a) As played, I want to jam the river because the donk bet on the turn looks like he has a weak flush and the 1/3 pot on the river looks weaker however does a AF of 10 every fold any flush to a shove?

b) heres what I would change...

F - I would bet .17 into .20
T - I would raise almost pot size
R - we still wouldnt be committed but because each raise on the previous two streets would be larger we could give him credit for better flushes so we could fold?

Flop played fine, turn raise it more like you said, river I would fold, he probably doesn't have the A high flush as he would bet more wanting a call from weaker flushes (I presume even though he is a fish) but I don't think jamming is going to get many flushes to fold at these stakes.

Seems fine, I would pot the flop in these stakes.
