$2 NLHE FR: Set IP - can we jam to get weak flushes to fold?
*** Sorry it says Heads-up in the thread title. Just a mistake***
After doing some review last night of some of my bigger pots, I felt this hand I could have potentially taken down although Im trying to stop bluffing cause its 2NL. The hand is similar to the recent 4NL hand where the hero had a straight and there were 4 of the same suit on the board however, this time we are in position.
Villain: 35/20/10
Here is my analysis of it..
a) As played, I want to jam the river because the donk bet on the turn looks like he has a weak flush and the 1/3 pot on the river looks weaker however does a AF of 10 every fold any flush to a shove?
b) heres what I would change...
F - I would bet .17 into .20
T - I would raise almost pot size
R - we still wouldnt be committed but because each raise on the previous two streets would be larger we could give him credit for better flushes so we could fold?
