So on the River I know it's Flush vs Flush. Is it OK here to call and hope to run into a worse Flush or do we run into a better Flush more often?

Sorry, forgot to add the stats.

Seat 1: Player1 ( $2.00 USD ) - VPIP: 54, PFR: 6, 3B: 0, AF: 2,2, hands: 78
Seat 2: Hero ( $2.00 USD ) - VPIP: 18, PFR: 15, 3B: 4, AF: 2,5, Hands: 7799

Altough his stats look very fishy, I was quite sure that he hit the flush, but I dont know if it is worth it to call here with the Queen-flush

His AF is actually kinda high here, especially given his huge VPIP. I'm not in love with calling, but I probably look him up on the river. I don't think he has to have a flush either, this could be a bad bluff attempt. Course I'm a station.

Hand is played just fine up to the river as well.
