Opponent limps Early position and I am on the SB with AK. I only have 10 hands on the opponent and he seems to be a relatively passive player. I raised big since I was out of position. Villain's stats after 16 hands is now VPIP 31, PFR 0. at the time it was VPIP 22.

SB Hero: $1.98
BB: $0.56
UTG: $0.97
UTG+1: $0.79
MP: $0.78
MP+1: $0.67
MP+2: $0.91
CO: $2.10
BTN: $0.95

Pre-flop: ($0.03) Hero is SB and dealt :ks4: :ah4:
2 folds, MP calls $0.02, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, BB folds, MP calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.18) :7s4: :8s4: :4s4: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.09, MP raises to $0.18, Hero calls $0.09

Turn: ($0.54) :7s4: :8s4: :4s4: :2h4: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $0.52 (All-in)

Since the villain limped, I put villain's range at low to mid pp, broadway, and suited connectors. The flop is monotone, giving me a draw to the king high flush and I possibly have overs if my Ace or King hits. The flop reraise scares me but I decide to call since i have outs. On the turn, I check/fold to villain's pot size shove. I think this fold is standard but given villain being a short stack, did I play this hand poorly? Should I have not called the flop check/raise?

Make your decision on the flop to either shove or fold(me I'm probably not folding)

I'm down with shipping this flop, since villain's a shorty.

Shove flop or fold turn. I'm not too arsed could go either way.
We're not getting folds very often imo but we have between 0-14outs.

Im folding the turn because odds are terrible for the draw. But i think the main mistake is leading the flop as vill is going to muck trash like broadway cards but stick around with hands that beat you, i feel the min raise from fish type shortys polarizes the range to low flushes from scs/ high pps/ sets/ nut draws, without using stove id put you a big dog and im 50/50 on just folding even though its cheap as alot of cards that look like help may be the nail in the coffin.

Everyone has pretty much said it already, but I'm pushing that flop 100% of the time. Even if you are behind here, which you probably wont be too often, you have tons of outs to take the lead on the next two streets. He's so short at this point just shoving this flop is probably the right move all the time.
