The king on the turn does not help you against his range... AK, QQ, 66, KQ all like that king just as much as you do. Plus given his tiny tiny raise size on the flop, you've invested almost nothing in this pot by the turn. So I think I'd cry and fold on the turn. The only more obvious "lol, I want ur money" line is a Baluga. If villain does this with JT, he's played his hand & image perfectly.

The main question in my mind would be why the villain raised so small on the flop? Bearing in mind his subsequent aggression, that raise looks like a fishy attempt to get more money into the pot by reopening the betting, specifically in the hope that you like your hand enough that the money goes in there and then. Therefore 66/KQ are a real possibility. Pretty much a definite fold for me :)

The J on the river isn't a blank. It changes the texture of the board. Brings in straights, and full house combos that are weighted toward your range when you raised preflop, then bet-called the flop, called the turn etc. I think he has either 66 or KQ. You're now only beating K10, and J10 (which would be a really daring suicide bluff given how he should know you have a king in your hand after the turn).

Cause it's 2 NL. A lot of clueless villains only know how to hit the raise button that's it (Min raise).

A general standard raise IMO would be at least 3x the original bet. However even though villain min raised-> the turn and river c-bets look strong as hell out of position! I haven't played much 2 NL in a while (I play mainly 10/25/50 NL) but recently I have played some 2 NL on some of the networks to refresh on fundamentals and it's rare to find some fire 3 barrels without a nuttish type hand unless there just a spewing maniac tard.

If villain has 66 or KQ oh well it's a cooler. Better luck next time. Can't really blame a river call with how strong our hand is against BB's calling range. I'm thinking villain has a boat though.

Very tough spot.

Its a make or break decision. Personally, I would fold to his river overbet and dont want to check him up either he is bluffing or not.

There's no shame in that fold. Paying "just to see it" can be costly.

Baluga Theorem! That is going to save me TONS!!! Never heard of it before. You would have saved .36 cebts had you implemented Baluga!

It's 2nl and it's not very complicated.

Re-raise flop because we will be ahead most times unless he has 2pair or a set of Q or 6 or some medium pair.

We shove turn because this crushes any 2 pair he has and we just know we are ahead most times in 2NL with this.

River comes.. and i just think villain has AT but hey that's 2NL :)
