This is a tricky pot for me because I hit a strong hand with a weak kicker. I do not want to raise J3o preflop even with limpers and would have insta folded this hand pre had it not been limped.

I flop trips and although have folded in the past with TPWK to bets, feel that folding this would be too weak. Should I have bet pot or overpot on this flop?

SB is a total donk so there's not much you can do. Given his stack size you just get it in and be pretty happy about it.

The way you played it looks fine to me too, but what do you mean "feel that folding this would be too weak"? Why would you even consider folding? TPWK is very different to trips with a weak kicker

Yeah folding would be pretty bad. We can consider folding if the action went:

UTG limps, co limps, sb limps, Hero checks.

Flop comes, hero bets 0.06, UTG raises to 0.21, CO reraises to $.60, sb shoves, hero ???
