I probably raise the turn here. His small bets are usually a sign of weakness and as long as we don't raise too much we will keep him in with any pair/club draw. OTR I think we can only call.

Yup agree with both you guys, your hand was made so strong on the turn so you have to take the villain to value town on the turn itself and evaluate on the river as the board is pretty wet on the turn but you still got to raise here. The amount villain bet is so weak. :lollypop:

If you didnt raise on the turn, you can still raise on the river.

What if we get shoved on by the villain the river. That would be a bad spot to raise and be in. We don't mind getting re-raised or shoved on the turn but raising on the river is not recommended here.

pre flop is good... are you making it 5x every time with your decent hands, or only when you spot a fish?

I think I flat the flop here as well, we have a gutter and I think villains range is wide, its a super wet flop where villain will have a lot of draws in their leading range, so we are in front enough of the time.

The bet on the turn is really small... Do we have any info on villain? I'm definitely raising this turn, I'm making it something like .45c and if villain comes back over the top I'm folding. If villain flats its value town time on the river.

As played I think we can only call the river, this bet looks a lot like a blocking bet, the issue being that all villains range that makes this blocking bet probably folds to a raise (like Qx or random pairs). We would get value from all the two pair hands but that is such a small part of villains range. I don't think we want to get stacks in in this spot as we are behind villains stack off range IMO.
