SB: 348 hands on this villain, Afq of 20%, seems a fairly straightforward player, not quite a TAG or a LAG but positionally aware etc.

Not sure why the stats I am inputting aren't appearing, maybe it's because I stopped using AF in my HUD now so I am only putting VP and PFR into the boxes.

Villain is 13/8.

CO is 11/4 from 24 hands, 3bet of 0.9% - they folded anyway, although you don't know that yet. SB is 13/8. The colour coding system that I am using at the moment, which can of course be changed, is this:

10% VP or less = nit.
VP/PFR within 2% = TAG/LAG.
VP over 25% = exploitable.
Anything else = bad reg.

The ones I look for are the exploitables. Don't really want nits or TAG/LAG to my immediate right.

I like the flat then preflop.

Idk about your system. I don't play FR so mine would be a little different. Bad regs are anyone that has a reasonable vpip but then a VERY low pfr. For example a 15/2.

People who have a high vpip and high pfr but are close together are what I call bullies. They know what they're doing but they're wild(ex. 35/32)

That's why I mentioned it, and why I didn't give the stats in the OP.
3bet for value always.
OK thanks.

I've encountered very few of them at 2nl, but a lot more at 5nl.

We have like 1.70 effective with a .68c pot. Shoving is losing way too much value. Ax or better stacks regardless and we want value from draws/Jx/Kx, so milk it more.

Something like 55c on turn, shove river.

You need to bet the turn. You checked behind on the turn with a hand you clearly want to get stacks in with.So now going to the river you have $1.71 with a pot of .68.So even if villain will c\c here with Kx there is no why to get stacks in on the river with out a turn bet. Also you need to get paid from the draws that call turn and give up on the river.Lets say you bet .55 like Chuck said it makes the pot $1.78 with your stack of $1.16 and gets stacks in on the river and calls by mid pair etc. and makes money on mis draws that called turn.
