I had just been stacked by a fish and got K5o on the BTN. A huge fish with 52/1 stats limped in so i decided to raise to isolate. SB who is also a fishy 31/5 called and the limper folded.

I hit TPWK and feel my hand is good so I bet near pot but villain reraises. I just lost a similar hand where another villain took the same action so i felt this fish might be trying to run me over which is why i decided to reraise shove.

That was a different villain though!

I think the shove is a bit wild and would prefer to wait for a better opportunity with a better kicker. Always gotta worry when loose passives get aggressive.

Don't let losing a hand affect your further hands.
I like the ISO.
As for the flop b/f
Just listen to the information you are given.A 31/5 =a passive fish
A passive fish min raising =FOLD simple....

Let's think about your logic here for just a second.

1) You think the SB is trying to run you over (Aka he's FoS)
2) You decide to shove

This logic will accomplish the following:
When you have the best hand you're going to win the minimum AND when you don't you're going to lose your whole stack.

I think you need to work on your thought process just a bit more thoroughly next time.

WV is basically saying you don't want them to fold out their bluffs

terrible play on flop. isn't there another thread where we talked about how you reraise people all in whenever they reraise you?

I think you're referring to this thread.

Quote;
I've been playing several hands and have been coolered way too many times recently such as raising ATs from the BTN, hitting TPTK and bet pot and get reraised. My usual response to this has been a shove which gets called and I lose my stack. This has happened 4 times to me now and Im really just sick of it. Is a reraise always an indication of extreme strength which means TPTK is bad?

This isn't a cooler buddy, it's just bad play.

I don't like any part of this hand. If you have trouble laying down hands postflop and keep getting stacked with TPTK and less then you should start by tightening up preflop.
