Perfect, imo.

He's not betting out here without a K or Q (possibly with a J kicker), so you're drawing to 8 outs (the J isn't going to be much help if he has an A or 9), and even then there's two heart outs that could be bad.
You're behind, and you don't have the odds to call. You don't have the implied odds either, because a lone J will obviously have the nuts, so a bet/raise is only going to be called by the last J.
