3betting is probably the best play here just because the fish who opened ( is really loose) will probably find it easy calling with worse, calling isn't horrible though you do keep in the first limping fish, and then can easy check fold on this board.

3bet. By calling here, you're taking a hand that's well ahead of his opening range and basically using it to set mine. While being OOP isn't ideal, you have an opener with a wide range and a caller who 3bets fairly often but didn't this time. So you probably have enough relative hand strength to balance out your positional disadvantage.
