$2 NLHE Full Ring: So I was getting no playable cards, then I played this hand so badly.

UTG: 129.5 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, hands: 2)
UTG+1: 100 BB (VPIP: 15.52, PFR: 15.52, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 58)
MP: 116 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
CO: 122.5 BB (VPIP: 100.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
BTN: 124 BB (VPIP: 18.07, PFR: 2.41, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 84)
Hero (SB): 98 BB
BB: 104 BB (VPIP: 15.38, PFR: 9.62, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 52)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♦, A♠

fold, fold, fold, CO calls 1 BB, BTN raises to 4 BB, Hero raises to 7 BB, fold, fold, BTN calls 3 BB

Flop: (16 BB, 2 players) 8♣, A♣, Q♠
Hero checks, BTN bets 8 BB, Hero calls 8 BB

Turn: (32 BB, 2 players) J♣
Hero bets 24 BB, BTN calls 24 BB

River: (80 BB, 2 players) 9♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 85 BB, Hero calls 59 BB

BTN shows K♣, Q♣ (Flush, Ace High)
(Pre 18%, Flop 29%, Turn 80%)
Hero shows A♦, A♠ (Three of a Kind, Aces)
(Pre 82%, Flop 71%, Turn 20%)
BTN wins 186 BB

So I think I should have re-raised on the flop, or folded on the turn.

The only other hand I got through the whole day was

[
Hero (UTG+1): 92 BB
MP: 110.5 BB (VPIP: 15.94, PFR: 2.90, 3Bet Preflop: 1.79, Hands: 138)
MP+1: 185.5 BB (VPIP: 13.64, PFR: 4.55, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 22)
MP+2: 40 BB (VPIP: 21.43, PFR: 3.57, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 29)
CO: 119.5 BB (VPIP: 11.90, PFR: 7.14, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 42)
BTN: 21 BB (VPIP: 30.00, PFR: 30.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 11)
SB: 130 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 11.11, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 29)
BB: 21.5 BB (VPIP: 44.44, PFR: 22.22, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 18)
UTG: 98 BB (VPIP: 26.83, PFR: 13.41, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 83)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♥, Q♠

UTG raises to 2 BB, Hero raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, UTG calls 2 BB

Flop: (9.5 BB, 2 players) Q♦, 5♠, J♠
UTG checks, Hero bets 4.5 BB, fold

Hero wins 9 BB

Here I think I should have checked the flop, since I thought he would fold to a bet, which unfortunately he did.

hand 1: raise more PF. 11BB would be better. Then lead the flop and fold river as played.

hand 2: raise more PF & then maybe bet the same amount on the flop, giving him a better price to call. but don't want to check in case a spade comes on the turn.

Hand 1 - Please raise more pre flop. I would atleast make it to 12bb. Also as played please fold the river in that spot as all draws get there. There is a one card straight and flush out there and villain makes a pot size bet. No need to call that. If you are ready to call such a bet then why not lead out and fold to a raise ?? Still check folding is what i prefer.

Hand 2 - Nice hand but raise more pre flop. You need to sort out your 3bet sizing.:)

In hand one if you had made a proper 3 bet you are almost never getting called by KQs from a tight player. If you did get called and then continue with a C bet as you should on a wet board like that the villain may actually shove the flop, you would have still lost the hand but at least you would have gotten your money in while being way ahead which is really what matters in poker. The villain would have just played a bad hand and gotten lucky. But here you just served him the hand in the worst way possible.

And understand that even in micro stakes you won't always paid off but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be betting for value after flopping a set.
