First 3bet bigger, just because he 2x opens doesn't mean you have to 3b smaller. I do 9x(9bb) when they 2x open. In fact once they start folding often you can throw in some bluffs. Anyways on with the hand.

The turn is where I don't like your line. Yes you turned the nut FD, but this card improves a lot of hands in his calling range to 2pair, or a flush. While you have the nut draw, you are beat by every value hand on this board and all you have is a bluff catcher with a draw to the nuts. You do NOT want to get it in with a flush draw on the turn. BUT, once you bet the turn, you have to call off here so you put yourself into a corner by betting.

I would probably c/c but now that I think properly its a bad play. What hands will you get paid off by when you hit? Can you confidently bet an A or a T on the river? He could easily have a flush here. Even if you are ahead, you likely won't get paid off. 2 pair hands are probably not paying off your 4card flush or on a card that puts 4BW cards on board. If a T drops, they are scared of A and can't really call. If an A drops, they are scared of a T AND they are scared of Aces up, ie better two pair and again can't call. The only time you could get paid off would be a flush over flush situation.

I'd probably end up calling either turn or the river though, just because its 2NL.. So either c/c c/f. or c c/c.
He played a shit hand and outdrew you but on that board... as disgusting as it is to have AA and a nut FD and BW draw, you are very likely behind.

Definitely 3bet larger. What's he going to call 6bb with that won't call somewhat more? Nothing. So don't just raise to 3x his amount. Make it as much as he's likely to call. And don't forget that even a few more bb is still just pennies. Plenty of people play loose at this level at least partly for this reason. Take advantage by building the pot while you know you're ahead.

The turn is rather ugly. At that point, what's in his range that will call your bet and where you're still ahead or at least +EV? Also, given his stack, what's his shoving range, and how does your hand fare vs. it?

It's hard not to feel check-folding the turn is at least a little timid, but given the likelihood that the Qh improved his hand, discretion may well be the better part of valor here.
