I would bet about 30BB here. He already has about third of his stack in already so if he think he has you beat, he will either flat call or shove.

I'm guessing you check this turn to induce him to bluff as I don't expect many overpairs here. I would keep this line and let him bluff the river (or not). Leading river after calling turn looks super strong to me. Not sure what calls you here...

Otherwise, just bet bet bet.
