Should I have raised preflop?
And should I have called the c-bet. I had a pair and a flush draw.
What about the turn. He checked so what should I have done?
With 3 overcards and him calling my turn bet, would a bluff here be pushing it?

You called to set mine so it might be right to fold the flop but id have a hard time folding the flop.

Why exactly did you bet the turn though, it doesn't make sense to me

Call pre is good, postflop not so much. Our implied odds are horrible on our draw, and our opponent isn't cbetting air very much.

Turn is whatever. I guess I lean towards betting, but I don't think it matters. They're both prolly marginally +EV.

I'd call to set mine, then chuck it on the flop.

Pre is fine. Villain may be a fish but he only has an 8% pfr and raised 5bb. Can you really think of many flops you will be comfortable stacking TT on if you where to 3bet this?

I fold flop, as played I check the turn, we called the flop because we thought we had the best hand some portion of the time right? Why are we bluffing then, you may as well have floated Ts9c. Check back and see a showdown, if he bets the river your almost certainly beat.

I wouldn't 3-bet pre. Against his tight pfr range, TT is probably around 50/50, but if I raise, I'll only fold out the lower part of his range, plus there's the matter of whether I can I stand a 4-bet.

On the flop, while he does c-bet half the time, that's an overall figure. You should consider adjusting for situational factors. A key question to ask here is how well this particular flop hits his opening range. Another is how well he's likely to think it hits your calling range. And he's OOP.

While he might c-bet hoping you don't have a spade and didn't flop enough to call, this possibility doesn't seem to balance out the above. Plus if he has a spade, how likely is it that it's smaller than your T?

Call pre-, fold the flop.
