Villain stats:

UTG: 18/4/0.6 "bad reg" - 140 hands against this villain.

UTG+1: 69/11/1 "fish" - 36 hands against this villain.

Me: 14/11/3, been at this table 36 hands.

Poker Stars - $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em (8 players)

SB: $1.47
BB: $4.92
UTG: $0.89
UTG+1: $1.50
MP Hero: $2.06
MP+1: $5
CO: $2.90
BTN: $0.81

Pre-flop: ($0.03) Hero is MP and dealt :10s4: :10d4:
UTG raises to $0.08, UTG+1 calls $0.08, Hero calls $0.08,

Should I have raised (or folded)? Is this a cold call?

The 4% raising range of UTG might include lower pairs than TT, but as he is in EP I would imagine that he will be closer to the high end. Advice please :)

I think their range is tight enough here that you can just setmine and try to get their stack when you hit. Once you make that decision you do have to stick with it and have the discipline to fold to a bet on 9 high boards. Deff do not like raising here.

Some things in the HUD that I would look at is their PFR by position. You can get an idea on whether they have a static raising range for all positions. Also their ATS(attempt to steal) stat will help with this. If ATS is high then you know their UTG range will be quite tight if overall.

Although this doesnt really apply to a nit fish only raising 4% over 140 hands because they are ridic tight with their openings overall.

Also a 4% range is pretty much TT+, AQs+, and AK

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 64.162% 62.90% 01.26% 290811564 5824662.00 { TT+, AQs+, AKo }
Hand 1: 35.838% 34.58% 01.26% 159861192 5824662.00 { TT }

Thanks, very useful advice there. I have managed to work out how to call him up for analysis in HM2, but I haven't worked out how to obtain his ATS statistics yet :p

Both are droolers so I'd probably 3bet and expect to get called by worse

Is it still a cold call, even though I'm calling more than one person?

I don't mind a squeeze and get it in here given the stacks. Calling is ok as well but we are obv not calling just to set mine.

This. I can't think of a spot like 50bb+ deep where I'm folding TT to a single raise pf.

As played fold to the flop raise.

Ir's an overcall, not a cold call. Cold call would've been if you call a re-raise from UTG+1

Yes, is it worth including this stat, or shall I leave it out in future?

Didn't do that...

Geez, I think I must have been drunk or something when I replied to this thread.

I didnt notice that UTG has only 45bbs. I still like a call here over 3 betting.

I like to use the Afq(aggression frequency) stat over the AF stat. It converges faster and is a little more refined. It definitely applicable for HH analysis.

I'd leave the stat out. It just misleads you completely and results in you making bad decisions which you judged from a click look at that number. I've had sessions where over 100 hands I've ran at about 1 AF and a 9 AF on another session.

Think of it this way. If hes running at say 10/5. in 100 hands and folds to a CB 60% of the time we only have 7 hands on him that have contributed towards his AF yet we think 100+ is a decent size. pokerstars has a big enough palyer pool that I'd just get rid of AF stat as you'll probably not have enough hands on anyone for it to start converging.
