$2 NL HE Full Ring: Should I have gone in here?

Just interested to what you people think of this. Haven't been playing online long, but do you think my fold here is the right move, although I would have eventually won the pot. With a re-raise and 2 callers I was pretty sure didn't have the strongest hand on the table.

For just a minimum raise more I would've called and seen a flop here - especially at $2NL where, as you've seen, people will make this move with medium pairs that we can easily outflop as well as other stuff we dominate like KQ/QJ/other garbage besides.

We can then play fit or fold on the flop - if we hit top pair or better we can be reasonably confident in our hand. If we miss entirely and there's action, we can get away or draw if the flop and odds are right.

As above definately should be calling a min raise here and seeing a flop.

Oz is right, I think calling pre-flop is the best move here. I don't like shoving pre-flop, but I think that would have been a better move than folding to the min-raise.

u have to be willing to see flops when playing at this level.
mini type raises are common, esp with mid pairs.
see flops cheaply and when u hit them you can get paid off by
those unwilling to dump their mid pair hands.
