CRAI on the flop. He may still call it off with JJ-KK, or AQ. You're not getting much more money once you c/c any ways, unless you have a read that he's hyper aggressive. Which I doubt he is being a shorty. So I'd prefer check / jam, over over jam turn if he checks the flop.
