You are getting called when ur behind and folding worse hands.

Against a fish they will call when they hit a jack but this guy isnt a fish

Plus ur losing max but getting min value... see the prob now?

Do I not bet the flop or fold the raise? I see the reraise by UTG+1 is strong

So shoving is getting the money in when ur behind

Soon as he reraises to 96 alarm bells must b ringing? Tight fold or if hes lag he could b drawing... so call 96 and re assess on turn

But no reads its tough

I hope you noted what he had when he check raised

I didn't think calling made sense as he only had 0.86 left and we already had close to 2.40 in the pot. He is going to put the rest in irrespective of what comes in Turn & River.

short stack had AA and the UTG had top set JJ

I would have raise pre much bigger just to isolate UTG+1 only.

As played though, no question on postflop since play is so normal.

Just get it in on this wet flop in a multiway 3 bet pot. Villain can show up with KK, QQ, a goofy 10c9c, AJs etc. Once the BB calls UTG+1 is going to be calling much wider now. Its not the greatest spot but +ev.
