My question refers to all hands like this hand, where I have like TPTK and have to bet against a flush, because I'm always scared that they hit the flush.

In this very hand I raise PF and Cbet on the flop, then on the turn I hit the Ace but I'm scared that my opponent hit the flush. Because of that I just checked the river.

What do you guys do in situations where a flush is possible, is there like a way to find out if he has it or not in the ways he's playing?

Not sure what makes you think it's top kicker? MP is a fish and I'm not particularly scared of the flush here. Possibly a better ace. Think post flop is fine really, but I'd fold preflop. Maybe if there hadn't been an open limp I'd try to steal, but a6o isn't really a great hand and not even that speculative. You hit low pair with top kicker or top pair and have no idea where you're at.

If you're against a passive player, then you just keep betting until they show aggression. If they raise, you fold. It's the easiest kind of player to play against. So yes, you'd bet the river for value, but you want to size your bet based on the second best hand range you want to call.
