$2 NLHE Full Ring: rockets twice, once fooled, twice the fool?

so i get rockets twice in about 10 minutes, and the guy to my right raises on both occasions....i x3 his raise on the first one and he puts me all in with his kings....my aces held, and i double up....the second time,the same happens and he raises, and i x3 it and he folds..........should i have played it differently and just flat called?

I think ur right played, that's ok, even if he re-raised after that and going all in, it's good play

Its just less than 3x the original raise Standard 3b sizing no?

i thought 3x was the standard 3bet?.....maybe do 2 1/2 at 2nl then?....or play it according to stats when i get a hud for each person....like fold to 3bet and all that jazz?
